STANDUP PADDLEBOARD - YOGA - FIT

This SUP yoga fitness class will begin with a fun circuit style workout of exercises on the board and in the water followed by yoga poses to strengthen and balance the body. The class ends with a final relaxation on the board and the calming effect of the water to clear the mind get you ready for your day.

COED Volleyball Recreational Adult Lessons

Join our introduction to volleyball class designed specifically for coed adults who are new to the sport or looking to refresh their skills in a supportive environment. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate player, our classes are adapted to help you improve your skills. Volleyballs and basic equipment will be provided.

Duration : 12 weeks (September 10 to November 26)
Location : Casgrain Sports Centre Gym 3
Schedule : Tuesdays 20:00-21:30
