Bootcamp

Bootcamp

Push past your limits and discover what you’re truly capable of. Our Bootcamp is a high-energy, full-body training experience designed to burn fat, build strength, and boost your endurance—all in a supportive, motivating group environment.

Every session is different. You’ll move through dynamic circuits combining strength training, cardio intervals, and functional exercises that deliver real results. Whether you’re a beginner or already active, our workouts are adaptable to your level—so you’ll always feel challenged, never overwhelmed.

This high-energy class introduces dancers to the foundations of hip hop, jazz funk, commercial, house and dancehall in a fun, supportive environment. You will learn basic grooves, footwork, and technique from each style while building coordination, musicality, and confidence. Classes focus on rhythm, performance quality, and self-expression through dynamic choreography set to clean, upbeat music. No prior experience is required—just bring your energy and a positive attitude!

Country Line Dancing

Country Line Dancing

Get ready to move, have fun, and learn the rhythms of country line dancing in a welcoming and energetic environment! This class is designed for all ages and all skill levels, from beginners to experienced dancers. You’ll learn a variety of line dances set to country and popular music, focusing on footwork, timing, coordination, and confidence. Beginners will start with the basics, while more experienced dancers will build on their skills with new patterns and combinations.

Golf Fundamentals

Swing your way by learning the fundamentals of golf or tuning up for the golf season. Learn the basics of the full swing, chipping, pitching, and putting. Sponge balls will be used for pitching and full swing practice, real balls for chipping and putting. Video analysis is also available.
