Knitting for Beginners, you will learn the basics of knitting, types of wool, needle numbers and how to read a pattern. Where to buy your materials and other tips.
Over the course of 8 weeks you will learn how to knit your own scarf or fingerless mittens.
This course is meant to teach not only the art of knitting but the benefits it can have on your health and of course the sense of community it can bring.
Materials will be available, however please feel free to bring any wool, needles or hooks you may already have.
