Ready to create the perfect outdoor adventure for your family? Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a team-building trip, or an epic solo adventure, the Fundamentals of Family camping Course is your step-by-step guide to organizing a fun, safe, and memorable camping experience for everyone.

  1. Packing Essentials: Learn what to pack (and what to leave behind!) to ensure comfort and convenience during your trip.
  2. Using the Equipment: Gain hands-on knowledge of how to properly use essential camping gear to make your trip smooth and enjoyable.
  3. Meal Planning & Cooking: Master the art of easy, delicious meals that everyone will love while camping, with tips for meal prepping.
  4. Safety & Risk Management: Learn how to mitigate risks, handle emergency situations, and keep everyone safe during your adventure.
  • Date: June 14-15
  • Schedule: 9:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch break 12:00-13:00)

Shall we Dance! Latin and Modern Ballroom dancing – Level 1

A fun and social introduction to Latin and ballroom dancing. Learn the basics, improve posture, and gain confidence in leading and following across various rhythms, in both styles Latin and Standard including Cha-Cha, Salsa, Samba, Triple Swing, Bachata, Tango, Slow Waltz, and Foxtrot.

Golf Fundamentals

Golf Fundamentals

Class is FULL

Swing your way by learning the fundamentals of golf or tuning up for the golf season. Learn the basics of the full swing, chipping, pitching, and putting. Sponge balls will be used for pitching and full swing practice, real balls for chipping and putting. Video analysis is also available.

  • Duration : Winter 2025 (5 weeks)

COED Volleyball Recreational Adult Lessons

Class is FULL

Join our volleyball class with a refresher on individual skills and an introduction to team tactics (bump-set-spike). Volleyballs and basic equipment will be provided.

  • Duration : Winter 2025 – 9 weeks

STANDUP PADDLEBOARD - FITNESS/ YOGA

Want to challenge yourself? Is yoga becoming too easy?
Try it on a paddleboard!
Find your center and your balance in a safe and warm pool!

This SUP yoga fitness class will begin with a fun circuit style workout of exercises on the board and in the water followed by yoga poses to strengthen and balance the body. The class ends with a final relaxation on the board and the calming effect of the water to clear the mind get you ready for your day.

  • Friday 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
