Natacha Roach is an Alumni John Abbott basketball athlete who played on the women’s basketball varsity team in 2010-2012 alongside two of her assistant coaches. Natacha was recruited to play basketball in the Maritimes at Cape Breton University, where she graduated in Bachelor of Arts and Business Administration, on top of winning an Atlantic University Sport Championship in 2017 with her Basketball team. Natacha worked in basketball development camps for kids for many years with the YM-YWHA, Brookwood, Cape Breton University and helped in the 2019 Danny Green basketball skills clinic in Montreal. Natacha also has basketball referee experience which she keeps in practice with Brookwood basketball association. In 2017-2018 she was assistant coach for the Juvenile men’s Brookwood intercity team. In 2018-2019 she was assistant coach for the Midget women’s Lakers intercity team. In 2019-2020 she was head coach for the Juvenile women’s Uptown Montreal Basketball summer team and regular season.
