Weight Room

The Casgrain Sports Centre offers two high-quality weight rooms with a large selection of equipment in each for your every fitness need. We have a variety of free weights, strength and cardiovascular machines, and much more. Including squat racks, rowing machines, CrossFit rig and a self propelled treadmill.

IMPORTANT: Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Proper exercise clothing must be worn at all times.

Prior to accessing the weight room, you MUST:

Check-in at the Casgrain Sports Centre counter to pay for your access and receive a wristband.
Leave all your personal belongings in the main locker rooms.

INCLUDED:

Lockers are available to put your personal belongings (phone, wallet, keys, clothes).
Showers
Free parking Monday to Friday after 16:00 and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Towel Service available ($)
